We use a company name "Annegie" as a return address on all shipping labels. We do not write "Queen Cat Adult Toys" anywhere on shipping boxes or labels to protect your privacy.

We only use plain shipping boxes (or Tyvek envelops for some items) for shipping.

USPS is the only shipping method we use at this time.

We ship all items on the next business day. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

When you place an order, USPS calculator will estimate your shipping rate based on the availability of your items.

Please also note that the shipping rates for all items are weight-based. The weight of each item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of USPS, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

All items will be shipped from our warehouse in Lomita California U.S.A. unless otherwise noted.
